Recipe - Vegetable Mix Casserole

2 pack Frozen lima beans
2 pack Frozen peas
2 pack Frozen cut green beans
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup Diced onion
Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions. Drain vegetables.
Saute onion until tender. Stir in sour cream, margarine, salt and pepper.
Fold in vegetables. Put in greased casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
