Ingredients:

3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 small Leeks; quartered
2 Stalks Celery; minced
1 md Onion; chopped
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 Cloves Garlic; minced
2 small Zucchini; quartered, then
cut or sliced up
1 md Potato; peeled, then minced
8 cup Water
1 cup Elbow or Shell Pasta
8 cup (2 quarts) Swiss Chard
leaves; chopped
1 cn (16oz) Chickpeas; drained
and rinsed
1 cup Frozen Green Peas; thawed
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
to Taste
One half cup Parmesan Cheese; freshly
grated
One fourth cup Fresh Parsley or Basil;
chopped
Makes about 12 cups, for 8
