Recipe - Vegetable Macedoine

1 cn (16oz) seasoned green beans
1 cn (16oz) Chinese vegetables
1 cn (17oz) green peas
1 cn (8oz) water chestnuts;
cut or sliced up
1 Jar (4oz) pimiento
1 Bunch green onions; chopped
1 One half cup Chopped celery
1 cup Sugar
Three fourths cup Tarragon vinegar and white
vinegar (use One half each to
make the total amount)
Salt and pepper to taste
Drain all vegetables, mix together. Mix sugar and vinegar and add to
vegetables. Mix the day ahead and chill. Drain to serve.
