Recipe - Veal Scaloppini

1 tablespoon All purpose flour
One half teaspoon Salt
Pepper
One fourth cup Olive oil
One half md Onion thinly cut or sliced up
1 cn 16oz tomatoes, cut up
1 cn 3oz 2/3 cup cut or sliced up mushrooms
undrained
1 tablespoon Sniped parsley
1 tablespoon Capers, drained
One fourth teaspoon Garlic salt
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano, crushed
Hot buttered noodles
Combine flour, salt, pepper, coat veal lightly with flour mixture. In a
medium skillet brown meat slowly. Remove meat from skillet add onion to
skillet ; cook until tender but not brown. Add cooked meat, tomatoes,
mushrooms w/ liquid parsley, capers, garlic salt, oregano. Cover and simmer
for 2025min or until veal is tender stirring occasionally. Arrange veal on
hot buttered noodles. Top with sauce.
