Recipe - Uncooked Chocolate Squares

1 pack Chocolate chips
One half cup Peanut butter
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Coffee mixed with water to
Make 1/3 cup.
1 One half cup Icing sugar
1 Egg beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cup Graham crackers, broken in
small Pieces.

Melt chips, peanut butter, and butter together. Add coffee mixture and
icing sugar. Mix well and let cool. Add beaten egg, vanilla and graham
crackers. Spread in 8x8" pan. Cover and refrigerate. When cool, ice
with chocolate icing.
