Recipe - Two-Cheese Pasta

1 teaspoon Salt
2 qt Water
1 pack Fettuccine noodles
1 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Butter
2 teaspoon Caraway seeds
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
One fourth cup Grated Swiss cheese
One fourth cup Gruyere cheese
Bring large pot of water to rolling boil. Add salt and oil. Boil uncovered
until noodles are al denteabout 6 minutes. Drain. Toss noodles with butter,
caraway seeds, sesame seeds, Swiss cheese and gruyere. Serve hot.
Approximately 810 minutes.
