Ingredients:
Todd Englishs Raspberry Sauce recipe makes 12 Servings
24 ounce Raspberries, frozen
unsweetened; thawed
One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice, fresh
One fourth cup Water
In a heavy saucepan, simmer all ingredients, stirring, until sugar is
dissolved. Cool mixture. In a blender, puree mixture and strain through
fine sieve into a bowl, pressing on solids.
Sauce may be made one day ahead, chilled, and covered.
