Recipe - Toasted Nuts

Ingredients:
Toasted Nuts recipe makes 12 Servings
4 cup Assorted nuts (pecans
almonds, walnuts or
whatever you like)
One half cup Unsalted butter (melted)
2 tablespoon Celery salt
1 teaspoon Chili powder
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread nuts evenly in a large, flat baking
pan. Lightly dribble the butter over all. Roast for 15 minutes, shaking pan
several times to coat all nuts evenly. Turn nuts onto absorbent paper
toweling. Flavor nuts with combination of all the spices and salts
specified. Serve warm.
