Recipe - Toasted Ham Canapes

1 cup Chopped cooked ham
One half cup Shredded american cheese
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Butter; melted
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Creamstyle horseradish
25 Toast; (2inch) rounds
25 Pickle slices
Combine ham, cheese, mayonnaise, butter, mustard and horseradish. Spread on
toast rounds. Top each with pickle slice. Broil until hot
Notes: This cookbook was acquired at a junk sale. It captured my interest
because of the annotated comments beside the recipes. The original owner
had made comments or just check marks beside certain recipes. I will
include these as I scan.
