Recipe - Toasted Cheese Sandwiches

4 sl Rye bread; toasted
2 teaspoon Dijon or coarseground
mustard
2 sl Cheddar cheese; 1oz each
One fourth cup Chopped seeded tomato
One fourth cup Chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon Chopped green onions
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: To assemble sandwiches, spread toasted bread with
mustard. Top 2 slices of bread with cheese, tomato, bell pepper, onion and
remaining bread slices. Place on microwavesafe plate lined with microwave
safe paper towel. Microwave on HIGH for 4560 seconed or until cheese
melts.
