Recipe - Toasted Almond Eggnog Ice Cream

2 cup Heavy cream, cold
1 Three fourths cup Eggnog, cold
One fourth cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half teaspoon Nutmeg
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Sliced almonds, toasted
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Stir in almonds. Pour
into ice cream maker. Makes a quart and works great in the Krups Ice Cream
Maker.
