Recipe - Toast And Sandwich Bread

2 One fourth teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 One half tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Lukewarm water
1 cup Lukewarm milk
2 teaspoon Salt
3 One fourth cup King Arthur Special for
Machines flour
3 tablespoon Butter; melted

For 1One half pound or larger machine: place all of the ingredients into the pan
of your bread machine, program for basic white bread (or equivalent) and
press START.
