Recipe - Tipsy Sweet Potatoes

2 One half cup Cooked, mashed
sweet potatoes
4 tablespoon Butter; soft
One half cup Firmly packed
light brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey
Pecan halves
or marshmallow for topping
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon
into a greased 1quart casserole. Top with pecan halves or marshmallows.
Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly. Makes 6 to 8 servings, but be careful,
everyone will want seconds!
