Recipe - Tinas Pie Crust

3 cup AllPurpose Flour
1 cup Shortening
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon White Vinegar
1/3 cup Water
1 Egg
Cut flour into shortening with salt Beat egg, add vinegar and water. Blend
ingredients. (Should not be wet OR crumbly at this time) Form into 4 equal
sized balls. Refrigerate for 1 hour! Roll that dough out...you can get this
stuff thin!!!!
NOTES : Makes four crusts
