Recipe - Tijuana Tidbits

Ingredients:

4 cup Bitesized tortilla chips
1 cn Mixed nuts
1 pack Microwave popcorn; popped
3 cup Crispic creeal
One half cup Butter
One half cup Brown sugar; packed
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Light Karo syrup
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1/8 teaspoon (or more) red pepper flakes

Place tortilla chips, popped popcorn, mixed nuts and cereal in a large
roasting pan. Mix butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, chili powder, cinnamon
and red papper flakes in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour
mixture over items in roasting pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour,
stirring every 15 minutes. Afer baking, spread onto large sheet of waxed
paper to cool. I usually double this recipe.
