5 cup Vegetable broth
1 pack Morninstar links, cut or sliced up
(vegetarian sausage
Substitute)
1 md Onion, chopped
3 Green onions, thinly cut or sliced up
1 Bell pepper (your choice of
Color), minced
2 Bay leaves
One half teaspoon Lemon pepper (or, some black
Pepper & a dash of lemon
Juice, I suppose)
1 Thinly cut or sliced up serrano chilis
(or more, or another
Variety, if you
Like)
1 cup Small shell pasta
1 cup Frozen peas
1. In a large pot, combine veg broth, links, onion, green onion, bell
pepper, bay leaves, lemon pepper, and serranos. Simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Add pasta shells and simmer another 7 to 9 minutes, until cooked tender.
3. Add peas and heat to warm. Ladle into bowls and serve.
