Recipe - Thymely Marinated Lingcod

One half cup Onion, Chopped
1 teaspoon Oil, *Note
One half teaspoon Dried Thyme
One half teaspoon Dried Oregano
One half teaspoon Dried Rosemary
One half teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Salt, Optional
One half cup Lemon Juice
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 pound Cod Fillets, **Note
*NOTE: Original recipe used 2 T oil **NOTE: Original recipe used lingcod.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate lingcod for 30 minutes.
Broil or barbecue until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Makes 8 servings.
Substitutes: cod, halibut, orange roughy
