3 pound Cubes lamb
1 cup Olive oil
One half cup Lemon juice
One half cup Dry wine
5 Cloves garlic; minced
2 teaspoon Celery salt
2 tablespoon Fresh basil; chopped
2 tablespoon Fresh mint; chopped
2 tablespoon Fresh oregano; chopped
2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary; chopped
2 tablespoon Fresh parsley; chopped

Combine all marinade ingredients. Add meat and marinate 72 hours, turning
occasionally. Skewer and grill meat, basting with marinade.
