Recipe - Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

One half cup Rice vinegar
One fourth cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Plum sauce
1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
1 tablespoon Fresh lime or lemon juice
2 teaspoon Tomato paste
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
One half teaspoon Minced serrano chili
One half teaspoon Ground red chili paste
One half teaspoon Sweet paprika
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Allpurpose flour*
1 tablespoon Water; *mixed into flour
Combine all ingredients and One half cup water in a small saucepan, and bring to a
boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes. Let cool. Will keep in
refrigerator for 3 days.
