Recipe - Thai Steamed Herbed Mussels

Ingredients:
Thai Steamed Herbed Mussels recipe makes 4 Servings
2 kg Mussels
1 cup Basil leaves
4 Green onions
dipping sauce
One half cup Lemon juice
Lemon grass; optional
2 tablespoon Fish sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 Coriander leaves; chopped
3 Cl Garlic
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

by steaming them along with the basil and green onions.
Blend the ingredients for the sauce with enough warm water to make a dippin
sauce and serve with the mussels.
