Recipe - Thai Noodles (Pad Thai)

Ingredients:
Thai Noodles (Pad Thai) recipe makes 4 Servings
1 pack (8 ounce) thin pasta (angel
hair)
One fourth cup Soy sauce
One fourth cup Creamy peanut butter
2 One half tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil
3 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 small Clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dried crushed red pepper
One fourth teaspoon Chili oil
Cook pasta until done (al dente); drain and set aside and keep warm.
Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over pasta and
toss. We like to top ours with some thinly cut or sliced up carrot, some finely
chopped green onion and some coarsely chopped peanuts.
