Recipe - Thai Glazed Pork Chops

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
4 Pork chops, 1/2" thick
One half cup Knorr Thai sauce
One fourth cup Peach or apricot jam
One half Red pepper, chopped
Chopped cliantro or parsley
In a skillet, heat oil over mediumhigh heat; add pork chops and brown on
both sides. In a small bowl combine sauce and jam; pour over chops, turning
to coat. Stir in red pepper. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes or
until tender, turning chops occasionally. Serve with rice and garnish with
chopped cilantro or parsley.
