Recipe - Thai Crispy Fried Pork

1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/3 cup Rice flour
1 cup All purpose flour
1 One fourth cup Water
1 cup Oil
One fourth teaspoon Ground white pepper
Sauce:
2 tablespoon Chopped garlic
1 tablespoon Or to taste cut or sliced up chilies
One half cup Vinegar
Three fourths cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
11 One half pound pork, 1"x2"x1/4" thick pcs *MOO CHOOP PANG TODD Combine pork and
salt and marinate for 1520 mins. Mix rice flour, all purpose flour, water
and white pepper well. Dip pork slices in the batter and fry in oil over
medium heat until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain well on a cake
rack. Serve immediately with sauce. Makes about 56 servings. Sauce:
Combine all the ingredients. Cook in a small sauce pan over low heat until
