Recipe - Thai Chili Fish Sauce

6 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
5 tablespoon Thinly cut or sliced up scallions
3 tablespoon Fresh lime or lemon juice
3 tablespoon Finely chopped cilantro
1 One half tablespoon Minced serrano chilies
2 teaspoon Roasted chili paste
One half teaspoon Minced garlic
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Will keep in
refrigerator for 3 days.
