Recipe - Thai Black Japonica Salad

1 One half cup Lundberg Black Japonica
Uncooked
One half cup Each:
Bell pepper, green minced
Bell pepper, red minced
One half cup Carrots grated
One half cup Celery chopped
One half cup Onion, green chopped
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoon Canola oil
2 tablespoon Tamari
One fourth cup Rice vinegar
One fourth cup Lundberg Sweet Dreams Brown
Rice Syrup
1 teaspoon Garlic granules
1 teaspoon Red pepepr, dried
Crushed
One fourth cup Cashews; toasted chopped
Cook rice acording to package instructions and set aside to cool. Mix
togetheroils, tamari, vinegar, rice syrup, garlic and peppers. Toss mixture
with rice, vegetables and cashews. Chill and serve. Yield: 68 servings.
