Peel of 1 orange
One half cup Soy sauce
One half cup Oyster sauce
One half teaspoon Ginger root; chopped
2 Garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro; chopped
One fourth teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
1 Small bay leaf
2 tablespoon Honey

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1One fourth cups
