Recipe - Texas Salsa

1 lg Tomato; quartered
One half Purple onion; whole, halved
1 Clove garlic
One fourth cup Fresh cilantro; loosely
packed
One half teaspoon Salt
4 One half ounce Canned chopped green chilies
Position knife blad in food processor bowl; add first 5 ingredients.
Process until chopped. Add chilies; pulse once or until combine.
Yield: 2 cups
