Recipe - Texas Orange Cake

1 pack Yellow cake mix
4 Eggs
One half cup Vegetable oil
11 ounce Mandarin oranges with juice
TOPPING
1 lg Vanilla instant pudding
15 ounce Crushed pineapple & juice
One half cup Half & half
12 ounce Cool Whip
1 cup Coconut
Beat eggs, oil and oranges together. Add cake mix. Beat until thick. Bake
in greased and floured 9x13" pan for 3545 minutes at 350~F. Cool.
Topping: Mix pudding and pineapple; beat until thick. Add half and half;
beat again. Place on cooled cake. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with
coconut. Refrigerate.
