Recipe - Texas Caviar - The Big Texan Steak Ranch

4 One fourth ounce Blackeyed peas cooked,
Drained
2 1/8 tablespoon Jalapeno finely chopped
One half cup Italian salad dressing
One half ounce Pimiento minced
One half cup Green chiles minced
Drained
2 1/8 tablespoon Onion minced
Three fourths teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
One fourth cup Green onion finely
Chopped
Three fourths dr Salt to taste
Three fourths dr Tobasco sauce to taste
Mix all ingredients and leave in refrigerator over night. Serve on lettuce
leaves and serve with tortilla chips as a salad or appetizer.
