Recipe - Texas Cake

2 cup Sr flour
2 cup Sugar
1 Stick butter
One fourth cup Cocoa
1 cup Water
One half cup Shortening
One half cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs; beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix flour & sugar together in a large bowl; set aside. Melt butter, cocoa,
water, & shortening in pot and bring to a boil. Pour over flour & sugar;
mix well then add buttermilk, eggs, & vanilla. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan
and bake at 400' for 20 minutes. About 5 minutes before cake is done
baking, mix frosting and frost cake when it comes out of the oven.
