4 pound Breast of lamb in 68
Pieces
One half cup Homestyle chili sauce
One fourth cup Red wine vinegar
1 Onion
2 Cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Chili powder
One half teaspoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
Sliced
Brown the lamb in a Dutch oven and pour off the fat. In a small bowl, mix
together the remaining ingredients and pour over the lamb. Cover and bake
at 350 degrees for 1 One half hours or until lamb is tender. Remove the cover
the last 15 minutes.
