Recipe - Tex-Mex Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 pound (or more) round steak
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 lg Onion; cut into thin
slices
1 Sweet red pepper; cut into
strips
1 Green pepper; cut into
strips
1 bn Broccoli florets
3 (up to)
4 Jalapeno peppers; seeded and
cut into thin strips

Hi Everyone!! This recipe is hot and spicy!!!

Slice the steak diagonally into thin strips. Set aside. Combine the oil and
the spices. Heat half of the oil mix in a skillet or wok over high heat for
3 minutes. Add onion, and all the peppers and stirfry for 12 minutes; add
broccoli and stirfry another 3 minutes until broccoli is crisptender.
Remove all vegetables from the skillet and set aside. Add the rest of the
oil mixture to the wok or skillet and add the beef strips. Stir fry 23
minutes or til steak is browned. Return the vegetables to skillet or wok
and stir fry til heated through. Serve over rice.
