Recipe - Tex-Mex Cheese Ball

8 ounce Reducedfat Cheddar cheese,
Shredded
8 ounce Light cream cheese,
Softened
2 tablespoon Butter
1/8 teaspoon Onion powder
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth cup Green chiles; minced ,
Drained
One fourth cup Light nacho cheeseflavored,
Tortillas chips; cru
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley or cilantro,
Chopped
Food Processor Directions: In food processor bowl with metal blade or
blender container, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, margarine,
onion powder and garlic powder; process until smooth. Add green
chiles; process with on off pulses until just combined. Cover;
refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until firm. Shape into a ball; roll in
crushed tortilla chips and parsley. Serve with tortilla chips.
