1 10oz package frozen
Blackeyed peas
One fourth cup Chopped sweet red pepper
One fourth cup Chopped sweet green bell
Pepper
One fourth cup Chopped red onion
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh jalapeno
Pepper
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
One fourth cup FF Italian dressing
Rinse and drain peas. [Thawed, I assume] Mix with other ingredients.
(Their nutritional analysis assumed lowfat dressing instead of FF, so I'm
leaving it off.)
