1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Shortning
2 Egg
1 cup Peanut butter
3 cup Flour
1/8 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Baking soda
Cream together shortning,vanilla and sugars. Add eggs. Mix together the
dry ingredients and add to the first mixture and mix well. It will be dry
at first. Form into small balls and place on greased
cookie sheet. Press with a fork which has been dipped in sugar ( to
prevent sticking). Press to make an . They will remain the same size in
diameter .. so what you see is what you get. bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
