Recipe - Terrific Turkey Spread

6 ounce Cooked turkey breast
1/3 cup Finely chopped Onion
One fourth cup Packed grated Carrot
One fourth cup Finely chopped Apple
1/3 cup Plain non/lowfat yogurt
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise (optional)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Curry Powder
Cut turkey into small pieces. Process the turkey and onion together in food
processor, or chop them together by hand. Add remaining ingredients, mixing
them well. Chill the spread before serving it.

You can use homecooked turkey or delistyle turkey.
