Recipe - Teriyaki Steak For Fondue

Ingredients:

1 pound Sirloin steak
2/3 cup Soy sauce
One fourth cup White wine
2 tablespoon Sugar
One half tablespoon Ground ginger
1 Clove garlic; minced

Cut steak into 3/4inch cubes. Combine other ingredients and put in a dish
with a cover. Add steak cubes and marinate for at least 30 to 40 minutes.
Spear meat with fondue fork and cook in hot oil until as done as desired.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
