Recipe - Teriyaki Meat Balls

1 One half pound Ground beef
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
One fourth cup Sugar
1/3 cup Soy sauce
1 cn (14 oz.) beef broth
One fourth cup Sake
2 teaspoon Minced ginger root
2 teaspoon Minced garlic
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a large baking pan. Comnine
beef, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix lightly and shape into small
balls about Three fourths to 1 inch in diameter. Place in prepared baking pan
and bake for 1417 minutes. Mix cornstarch with sugar and soy sauce.
Stir in beef broth, sake, ginger, and garlic. Cook in skillet or
chafing dish until mixture thickens slightly, stirring constantly.,
Add meat balls and serve.
