Recipe - Teriyaki Beef And Vegetables

Three fourths cup Salad oil
One fourth cup Soy sauce
One fourth cup Honey
2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
2 tablespoon Onion; chopped
1 lg Clove garlic; mashed OR 1
One half tsp garlic salt or
powder
1 One half teaspoon Ginger
Mix all and marinate meat for at least 4 hours.(overnight for flank steak).
To use with flank steak, marinate overnight in the refrigerator in large
plastic bag, turning over a few times. Grill 56 minutes per side for med.
rare, basting with sauce. Slice into very thin, but wide slices across the
grain to serve with warmed sauce poured over cut or sliced up meat platter.
