Recipe - Teriyaki-Glazed Pork Medallions

1 teaspoon Margarine or butter
1 pound Pork tenderloins cut
crosswise into 1/2" slices
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Orange juice
1 teaspoon Reducedsodium soy sauce
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Ginger
Melt margarine in large nonstick skillet over mediumhigh heat. Add pork;
cook and stir 68 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink. In
small bowl, combine brown sugar, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic powder and
ginger; blend well. Pour over pork; cook and stir until mixture thickens
and coats pork.
