1/3 cup SOY SAUCE
One fourth cup RUM
3 CLOVES GARLIC; PEELED &
HALVED
2 tablespoon SUGAR
1 teaspoon GRATED GINGERROOT; OR1/4DRY
1. COMBINE ALL INTREDIENTS IN A PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID.
LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 23 WEEKS (!). POUR INTO A CLEAN BOTTLE,
SEAL WELL; STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. (PERSONALLY, I PUT MY OLD TERRIAKI
BOTTLE IN THE REFRIGERATOR)
