Recipe - Tequini (Tequila Martini)

1 One half ounce Tequila
One half ounce Dry vermouth
1 ds Bitters
1 small Chili pepper

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour in tequila and dry vermouth. Stir (or
shake) and strain into a martini glass. Top with a dash of bitters. Garnish
with a small chile pepper, such as a chile piquin (if desired).
