Recipe - Tequila Oregano Butter

One half cup Chopped fresh oregano
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
One half teaspoon Crushed dried red chile
pepper
2 teaspoon Chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon (or more) Gold Tequila
Salt and pepper to taste
One half pound Unsalted butter; softened
