Recipe - Tennessee Potatoes

2 pound Hashed brown potatoes
Defrosted
1 cup Onion chopped
1 cn Cream of chicken soup,
Condensed
1 pt Sour cream
One half cup Melted butter
2 One half cup Cheddar cheese grated
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon White pepper
Combine hash browns, onion, chicken soup, and sour cream; add melted
butter, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Put in 9x13 inch greased pan.
Cook 1 hour at 350 F until done.
