Recipe - Tennessee Dry Bbq Rub

2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 tablespoon Coarsly Ground Black Pepper
2 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1 One half teaspoon Ground White Pepper
1 One half teaspoon Crushed Hot Red Pepper
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Stir well to mix, then sotre at room temperature in an airtight jar. Makes
about 2/3 cup, enough rub for two 3pound racks of spareribs
