Recipe - Tenderloin Pita Pockets

2 teaspoon Olive oil
1 small Onion; cut or sliced up and separated
into rings
One half Green pepper; minced
2 Cloves garlic; minced
One half teaspoon Dried oregano leaves
1 pound Tenderloin tips; cut into
lengthwise strips
4 Pita pockets; cut in half
Combine oil, onion, green pepper, garlic and oregano in a nonstick frying
pan and cook for 23 minutes.
Add beef strips, brown all sides and season to taste.
Place One fourth meat mixture into a pita and top with Sour Cream Dill Sauce or
another sauce of you choice.
