Recipe - Tempura Shrimp

One half cup Milk
2 Three fourths cup Flour
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Beaten eggs
4 cup Oil
2 One fourth pound Prawn shrimp (peeled &
Deveined)
Blend milk, Three fourths cup flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, eggs & 2
Tbls. oil into a smooth batter. Heat remaining oil to 375. Dip shrimp
into remaining flour, then into batter. Cook in oil 2 1/23 minutes.
Serve hot.
