Recipe - Tempting Tuna Bake

8 sl White bread
1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
1 cn (7 oz.) tuna; drained and
flaked
One fourth cup Chopped green onions
One fourth cup Chopped celery
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 cup Milk
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
One half teaspoon Salt

Alternate layers of bread and cheese in well buttered 9 inch square baking
dish. Begin with bread and end with cheese. Sprinkle tuna over all. In
small saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter until vegetables are
tender. Remove from heat. Blend with milk, eggs and salt. Pour mixture over
tuna in baking dish. Bake at 350 until puffy and lightly browned. Makes 46
servings.
