Recipe - Tempt Me Truffles

8 ounce Cream cheese; softened
4 cup Powdered sugar
5 ounce Unsweetened chocolate;
melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One fourth cup Cocoa
Red and green colored sugar
Powdered sugar
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add melted
chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Chill for several hours. Shape into 1inch
balls. Roll in cocoa, powdered sugar, chopped nuts, or colored sugar to
coat; chill. 48 servings.
