Recipe - Tea Tassles

DOUGH
3 ounce Cream cheese
1 Stick butter or margarine
1 cup Flour
NUT FILLING
1 Egg; well beaten
1 tablespoon Oleo
Three fourths cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chopped walnuts
CHOCOLATE FILLING
1 pack (6oz) chocolate chips
1/3 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Milk
1 Beaten egg
1 tablespoon Margarine or butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Dough: Mix dough. It will come together very nicely. Roll into size of
walnuts and form into minicupcake tins.
Nut Filling: Mix ingredients and fill into minitins.
Chocolate Filling: Mix all ingredients over medium heat. Fill minitins.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Do not overbake. You can take them out just
when they begin to turn golden. These freeze very nicely up to two months.
